Welcome to Spitz Rollin’ Latino Grille!  Why are we called Spitz? You ask…  No… We don’t spit in the food! It’s because on this food truck we cook all our meats on rotisserie spits.  They are slow cooked to enhance the flavor of the meats.  Then we sear the flavors in the meat on a very hot flat top.  Customers can order the meats on our truck in a variety of salads, sandwiches, wraps, and bowls.    We also have a variety of Latino favorites like Mofongo, Media Noche, and Escabiche de Pulpo.  And what good food truck meal is complete without something sweet?  Spitz offers whole and individual portions of delicious Latin desserts such as flan, tres leches and more.  So, follow us on                 and see if we are rollin’ near you.
